Beyond the bridge from Tsuyazaki-sengen, there is an area called Wata. Located at the foot of Mount Omine, Wata is a very tranquil place surrounded by mountains and the sea. This area, which has a long history, is characterized by strong traditional neighborhood ties. In such a warm-hearted town, one can feel a warmth that is not found in the city when they arrive.

The property we are introducing is located along a small path opposite the Wata Community Center. Currently, it is used as a plum orchard, and while it may seem narrow at first glance, it has a sufficient area of 87 tsubo.

今回ご紹介するのは、渡区公民館向かいの小道沿いにあります。現在は梅の果樹園として使われており、一見狭く感じられますが、87坪の十分な広さ。
