Used for my fishing hobby and, year-round, for yachting and clam digging. From this resort condominium it’s only a five-second walk to the beach after crossing the road—an environment you won’t find elsewhere. I’ve sold the boat and have reached the age to give up beach life. The interior has been well maintained and is ready for immediate occupancy.

It would be a good value as a vacation home or as a permanent residence. It hasn’t been used since last autumn, so it’s available immediately. It’s only about 5 minutes from the Tomei Expressway Mikkabi IC, so the location is extremely convenient.

The 2LDK has air conditioners installed in each room, but except on very hot days it’s very well ventilated if the doors are left open. Lake Hamana has some freshwater inflow, so there is no noticeable sea smell. Management fees are of course required, but the parking fee is surprisingly low at ¥3,000 for six months. The building is old, so some window sashes are a bit loose and may need attention.
趣味の釣りの他、四季を通してヨットや潮干狩りなどで使用していました。リゾートマンションから道路を渡れば浜辺まで5秒の近さは他にはない環境です。しかし、ボートを売り払って浜辺生活を卒業する年代になってしまいました。室内は大切に使っていたので、すぐにでも生活可能です。

別荘としての利用、また定住先としてもお値打ちだと思います。昨年秋から使用していませんので、いつからでも入居可能です。東名高速三ケ日ICから5分と利便性抜群です。

2LDKの各部屋にはクーラー設置していますが、相当な高温の日以外はドアを開放していればすごく風通しがいいです。浜名湖は淡水が入り込んでおり、潮臭さは全くないですよ。当然、管理費はそれなりにかかりますが、駐車場使用料は何と6か月で3千円と驚きの料金です。ただ建物が古いのでサッシが多少ガタが来ています。
