電気は近くまで電柱があるので、問題ないと思います。ガスはプロパンを使用する状況になります。上下水道をひくことはできますが、ちょっと距離があるとの事。詳しくは水道局にご確認ください

この土地のウリは貴重な羊蹄ビューの土地であること、里道に接道しており車で楽に行く事ができる、都市計画区域外なので接道義務が無いのが良いところ。
