一方でこのエリアの土地の取引額は約15万円/坪のため、土地の評価額750万円+建物と考えればお買い得な物件と思います。

Formerly a resort for xx company (13 minutes walk from Shuzenji Onsen center) 6 guest rooms + manager space
This was a resort for a big company that everyone knows. It seems that a manager was always on-site. There is a space reserved for the manager and a private kitchen.
As you would expect from a corporate resort, there are 5 large Japanese-style rooms and one special room with a Japanese-Western style room. The resort probably also served as a training center. There is one large training room, and after training and banquets, they played karaoke or mahjong? There is an entertainment room in a place where it is unlikely that they would cause a nuisance even if they made noise.
On the premises, there are 3 parking spaces. However, during the time of xx company, they rented 10 spaces on an adjacent site. It is believed that they can still be rented.

法人の保養所らしく大き目の和室が5室、そして和洋室のある特別室が1室です。 保養所は研修所も兼ねていたのでしょう。大きな研修室が一つ、そして研修・宴会の後にカラオケ? 麻雀?でもしたのでしょうか? 騒いでも迷惑になりそうもない場所に娯楽室はあります。
<駐車場>
敷地内は3台です。が、xx会社の時代に隣接地に10台分を賃借していました。まだ、借りることができると思われます。
<温泉>
初期費用は約750万円と高額ですが、一部は売却時には返金されるものもあります。具体的にご検討される場合にはそのあたりもお問い合わせください。修善寺温泉は複数の源泉を混ぜ、温泉街をクルクルと回しながら各旅館に供給しています。よって、どこの温泉施設もほぼ同じ泉質です。(独自源泉もあると思いますが、、)
<総合>
RC造ですので躯体はしっかりしています。贅沢なロビーの広い空間、大きな研修室、食堂などをうまく再利用していただける方を待っています。
