＜駐車場＞
敷地内は３台です。が、ｘｘ会社の時代に隣接地に１０台分を賃借していました。まだ、借りることができると思われます。
＜温泉＞
初期費用は約７５０万円と高額ですが、一部は売却時には返金されるものもあります。具体的にご検討される場合にはそのあたりもお問い合わせください。修善寺温泉は複数の源泉を混ぜ、温泉街をクルクルと回しながら各旅館に供給しています。よって、どこの温泉施設もほぼ同じ泉質です。（独自源泉もあると思いますが、、）

昔の家をそのままリフォームしたため、天井や鴨居の低いところがあります。現地でどのように感じるか確認してください。
＜川の氾濫＞
この家が建築された当時から堤防を越えるような河川の氾濫はありません。
＜バス＞
徒歩１分でバス通りです。ここは修善寺温泉と修善寺駅の間で結構な頻度でバスが走っています。車が無くても修善寺駅近辺に買物に出ることができますよ
