I purchased this parcel to use as a campsite and private retreat. At the time of purchase, the small flat area was narrow and the site was overgrown with bamboo and grasses, giving it a rather dim atmosphere. I personally consider light and airflow essential, so I thoroughly cleared and improved the site so that wind passes through and sunlight reaches the area. I also carefully removed the bamboo roots, so regrowth is unlikely.

It’s perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors—spending weekends with family, relaxing alone, or even remote-working from a tent on weekdays. 地目が山林なので建物を建てることは出来ません。また、電気や水道の引き込みは出来そうにありません。発電機や井戸を掘るなどの対策をすれば水も電気も解決できると思います。
