We are introducing a used house with a factory in Mitsunomatago, Hasami Town, Nagasaki Prefecture.
Named after the river that splits into three, Mitsunomatago was once home to full-scale porcelain kilns after pottery stone, the raw material for porcelain, was discovered here, and it flourished as the main site of Hasami pottery, mainly during the Edo period. Even today, many ruins remain in Mitsunomatago, making it a tranquil area where history and nature coexist.
The building shows signs of wear and tear and leaks overall, so it would be difficult to live in as is, but it would also be fun to renovate or DIY to suit your tastes, or to create a new place of activity from scratch.
We are looking for someone to make use of the factory and fields behind the house, as well as the warehouse a short distance away!

Kyushu, Japan's southernmost main island, presents a unique landscape for potential immigrants. The situation with affordable empty houses, or "akiya," varies across different parts of Kyushu. Like many rural areas in Japan, Kyushu has its share of vacant houses, especially in smaller towns and rural areas. This presents an opportunity for immigrants interested in purchasing property at a relatively lower cost compared to more urbanized regions in Japan.
The cities in Kyushu offer a mix of modern amenities and cultural experiences. Fukuoka, the largest city on the island, is a bustling economic center with a vibrant food scene and a growing international community. Other cities like Kumamoto, Nagasaki, and Oita provide unique cultural and historical experiences, making them attractive options for immigrants interested in city life. The cost of living in Kyushu is generally lower than in larger cities like Tokyo or Osaka, which can be appealing to newcomers.
