I purchased this parcel to use as a campsite and private retreat. At the time of purchase, the small flat area was narrow and the site was overgrown with bamboo and grasses, giving it a rather dim atmosphere. I personally consider light and airflow essential, so I thoroughly cleared and improved the site so that wind passes through and sunlight reaches the area. I also carefully removed the bamboo roots, so regrowth is unlikely.

Although it’s convenient enough to keep, I no longer have plans to use it frequently, so I’ve decided to put it up for sale.

You can drive directly to the site from the municipal road via a shared-access driveway. The lot is relatively large at about 280 tsubo (approx. 925 m²). It’s surrounded by trees and can be used as a completely private space. The sloped area has a stand of larger trees that would be suitable for a treehouse or hammocks.

It’s perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors—spending weekends with family, relaxing alone, or even remote-working from a tent on weekdays. Mobile phone reception is reliable, and there’s no inconvenience with nearby conveniences such as a convenience store, the locally popular “Itosaisai” market, a home center and
自社でキャンプ場やプライベート空間として活用する予定で購入しました。購入時は平坦な部分が狭く、竹や草などが生い茂っていて薄暗い雰囲気でした。自分自身が光と風は必須だと思っているので、風が抜け、光が差し込むように、徹底的に使いやすく整備しました。竹の根も丁寧に抜いているので生えてくることはないと思います。

便利なので持っておいても良いかなとも思いますが、頻繁に使う予定が今のところなくなったので売りに出そうと思いました。

敷地までは、市道から共有持分の道を通って車でそのまま入れます。280坪という比較的広い敷地です。周りは木々に囲まれており完全にプライベート空間として活用できます。法面(斜めに下った場所)には大きめの木立がありツリーハウスやハンモックなどにも活用できます。

週末を家族で過ごしたり、一人で静かに過ごしたり、平日はテント内でリモートワークなど、アウトドア好きな方にはもってこいです。携帯の電波もしっかりと入りますし、コンビニや地元で有名な「伊都菜彩」、ホームセンター、ガソリンスタンドなど不便さを全く感じません。福岡市内までは車で30~40分ほどの好立地です。

地目が山林なので建物を建てることは出来ません。また、電気や水道の引き込みは出来そうにありません。発電機や井戸を掘るなどの対策をすれば水も電気も解決できると思います。

賃貸も可能です(月額60,000円、敷金礼金不要)。※現状有姿、および公簿売買でのお取引きとなります。
