This is an old house inherited by an acquaintance (Japanese, a friend of mine for decades) living in Thailand. It was built about 120 years ago and has been passed down through generations, but we stay there several times a year and carefully maintain it, spending both time and money. We would like to sell it at the price below. The timing is negotiable. It is an authentic old house made with plenty of zelkova core wood and can be used without repairs. It is located in a corner of a guesthouse district, close to the sea, and is scenic, and ideal for fishing, swimming, and marine sports. In addition to this property, if you wish, we will also sell the surrounding forest owned by the owner (approximately 90,000 m2) free of charge.
