【これまでの経緯と今の状況】
相続で取得しましたが、ほとんど使用できていません。昔は両親が作物を作っていた土地です。2024年12月に現地に行ってきたところ、桶や枯れ草などの残置物が少しありました。境界杭は目視では確認できましたが、専門家による正確な調査をいれたわけではありません。接道部分以外の三方向をコンクリートブロックに囲まれている四角い土地で、両隣には家が建っています。
すぐ近くには木立道川と志手川が流れており、スーパーも徒歩圏内です。土地については、傾斜もほぼないフラットな状態で、畑ながら家を建てる等の宅地転用も可能だと思います。※ご自身にて調査をお願いいたします。都市計画区域外のため、都市計画や建築に関する詳細は現地確認後、市の担当課にて直接確認してください。
