I purchased this property last year through a corporate entity I represent as a voluntary sale. I live in Fukuoka and, for the past 5–6 years, have been buying small investment properties across the country. Earlier this year I changed my real estate investment strategy and began disposing of properties located outside my home prefecture; this sale is part of that process.
