Located in Chōmanbe Town, Hokkaido, this unregistered old folk house is just a 2-minute drive from the Chūō Expressway "Chōmanbe IC" in a quiet area with no surrounding residences. This property was found while aiming for self-sufficiency in the countryside. Although it is close to town, there are no houses around, and it is adjacent to a forest, making it a very nice location. I have lived here for 10 years, but due to health reasons, it has become difficult to manage the house and the fields, so I am looking for someone to take over this place. 町に近いのですが、周りに住宅がなく、林に隣接したとてもいい場所です。
10年居住しましたが、健康上の都合で家や畑の管理が難しくなってきたので、この場所を引き継いでもらえる方を探しています。
築年数約50年の古民家（未登記）で、壁は昔のトタン壁です。
2階建てで1階は8畳居間、6畳、4.5畳×２部屋、台所、汲み取りトイレ、薪風呂、2階は6畳×2部屋です。
古い家なのであちこち歪みがありますが住むには問題ないですが、お風呂の水道が破損していて、台所から水を引いています。
薪風呂のボイラーはもともと石炭用ですが、木を燃やして約2時間で焚けます。
薪ストーブの薪は周りの木を切って使えます。家の前には庭があり、裏には自然農法10年の貴重な広い畑があります。
