Description

Currently, new applications and inquiries are suspended as we are coordinating with interested parties. This land was acquired through inheritance. The land category is wilderness. The shape of the land is L-shaped (approximately 80m long and 25m short), and it has a very narrow frontage of about 7m facing the road. *The dimensions listed are reference values based on estimation, not actual measurements. Upon investigation, it seems that part of the old "Yabe Castle Ruins" earthworks remains on this land. Since it is a site of castle walls, the land is not flat but has a raised (convex) shape. Additionally, there are stone shrines/monuments within the land. The national archaeological excavation survey was completed during the construction of the nearby expressway, and we have obtained information confirming that there are no issues with land utilization. All costs, including procedural fees, will be borne by us, and the process will be conducted through a gratuitous donation contract. You will need to come to Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, when we reach an agreement and finalize the actual contract with the judicial scrivener we designate. 土地の形状がL字型(長手約80m×短手約25m)で非常に細長く、道路に面している長さは約7m程度しかありません。

城壁跡であるため土地は平たんではなく土盛り(凸状)形状です。
