Description

It will be my parents' house, which I have inherited from my grandparents and parents. The house has been vacant for nearly 10 years since my mother passed away, and I used to visit several times a year to clean the house and take care of the garden, but when I think about the future, I feel a heavy burden on my shoulders. There was talk of renting, but I hope that you can transfer it properly and use it as the person who gave it to you as you like. Most of the household belongings are left. There are many unnecessary items, but if there are any items that you use, please use them and dispose of the rest. If you have time to clean up, we can hand it over immediately after processing. The building is still in its current state. Because it is a rural area, the mountains and the sea are close, the food is abundant, the night sky is close, and the night is enveloped in silence. From the garden, rice fields spread all over the place. Noto Airport is about 30 minutes away, and you can take a day trip to Tokyo. It is a large old house, with two entrances facing each other, and when you open both sides, the breeze passes through, giving you a sense of freedom. There is a garden, a barn, a祖父母、両親と受け継いできた私の実家になります。

Description

The house became vacant one year ago. There is a back mountain. Also, if you have a farmer license and want to go to the field, you can add it separately. There are 15 villages in the neighborhood, and now about half of them are vacant. However, I think the location environment is good, with kindergartens, elementary schools, and hot spring facilities within 3 km, convenience stores and junior high schools within 5 km, and a general hospital, city hall, and supermarket within 6 km in the city center. In addition, you can ride a motocross bike and pick wild vegetables in the back mountain, and fish and dive in the sea right next to it. We will give it to you at the desired price, so please feel free to contact us for the price.1年前に空き家となりました。

Ishikawa Ken

Settling in Ishikawa

Ishikawa Prefecture, located on the western coast of Honshu, offers a unique blend of cultural richness, natural beauty, and affordable living that appeals to those considering relocating to Japan. Known for its historical cities, such as Kanazawa, Ishikawa is famous for traditional crafts, stunning gardens like Kenrokuen, and delicious seafood, particularly its high-quality sushi. Compared to more populous prefectures such as Tokyo or Osaka, where property prices can be exorbitantly high, Ishikawa presents a more affordable housing market. The average price of a house in Ishikawa is significantly lower, with options for both urban apartments in Kanazawa and rural homes in scenic areas, making it accessible for families and individuals seeking an affordable lifestyle. Additionally, Ishikawa boasts a slower pace of life, cleaner air, and a strong sense of community, which can be appealing to those looking for a more tranquil environment. The local government has also made efforts to attract newcomers, offering incentives and resources for immigrants. With a well-developed public transportation system, excellent healthcare, and educational facilities, Ishikawa combines convenience with quality of life. Its beautiful coastal scenery, rich history, and thriving cultural scene make it an attractive destination for immigrants seeking to experience the best of Japan while enjoying the benefits of a more affordable housing market. This unique combination of affordability and livability helps set Ishikawa apart from other prefectures, making it an excellent choice for both new residents and long-term expatriates.
