The property was purchased by my parents and relatives lived there, but it has been vacant for about 10 years. The cleanup is not yet complete. The land is spacious, officially recorded as 300㎡, but a simple survey (not a definitive survey) showed it to be 400㎡. There is no hot spring currently, but it is possible to install one as it is within a supply area (it seems that obtaining permission and costs around 1 to 1.5 million yen is required to install a hot spring). The surrounding area is filled with hotels and guesthouses. It is also an area that can be used for business purposes.

There is parking available, but honestly, only small cars can fit. There may be available space in the parking lot in front. The site has a height difference with the road. The road width is less than 2m. (The house at the back uses a car.) I have confirmed with the authorities that it is possible to rebuild with a 2m setback from the center on a road under Article 42, Paragraph 2, but I believe the construction costs for road setbacks and other works will be quite high, especially for the removal of the RC parking area and retaining wall. No definitive survey will be conducted with the neighbors.

It is very close to a bus stop. It is recommended for those who want to live in two locations, operate a guesthouse, or create their own hot spri土地が広く、登記簿上300㎡ですが、簡易測量（確定測量ではない）では400㎡ありました。温泉は引いてませんが、引いてもよい、供給可能エリア内です（温泉引くには許可とおおむね100～150万円くらいかかるそうです）。近隣はホテル、民泊だらけです。事業用としても使えるエリアです。

駐車場はありますが、正直小型の軽くらいしか入りません。前面にある駐車場に空きがあるかもしれません。敷地は接道部分と高低差があります。接道は幅員2ｍを切っています。（奥の家は車を利用していますが）前面道路42条2項道路、中心からの2ｍのセットバックで再建築可能と行政から確認を得ましたが、道路のセットバック等の工事費用がかなりかかると思います。特に駐車場部分のＲＣの駐車場撤去代、擁壁の撤去代等。近隣との確定測量はしません。

バス停からすぐです。2拠点生活されたい方、民泊運営されたい方、自分の温泉を作りたい方などにお勧めです。また、広い庭がありますので、グランピング、バーベキュー、屋外サウナ、ドッグラン、ガーデニング、家庭内菜園にご興味がある方、いかがでしょうか。
