During the years operating the ryokan, there were many memorable encounters with guests. ある小説家のお客様にご滞在いただいた際は阿南町の風景や文化をたいへん気に入っていただき、そのご縁から町が作品の舞台として小説に取り上げられました。作中では、阿南町の無形文化財である「和合の念仏踊り」もご紹介いただいております。

綺麗に片付いており、すぐに住める状態です。屋根など経年劣化している部分があるため、気にされる方は修繕が必要になるかと思います。
