I purchased this as a vacation home but decided to look for something larger. It is a neat, solid two-story log house standing on an 80-tsubo lot. I would like to buy another house, so I want to sell this one immediately in its current condition.

The property is located in a villa area at an elevation of 850 m and is surrounded by large trees, so it stays very cool even in summer. An operational FF heater and an air conditioner are also included. You can see Mount Hakusan through the trees. Winters bring heavy snowfall; there are many ski resorts nearby and the snow-removal system is reliable. Some inconveniences: there are no shops nearby, so you must drive down to town. The house is small with only a first floor and a loft, so there is limited storage space.
