This property includes an old house built in 1921. About 16 years ago, despite being only a 20-minute commute from my home in Okayama City, the price of 2 million yen was quite attractive at the time, leading to a competitive purchase. From the time of purchase, the old house seemed to be in a state where it could only be demolished, but I have managed to hold on to it by adding minimal repairs for use as a break area after outdoor work, despite being an amateur.

I painstakingly excavated part of the land by hand, taking over a year to create a space for a light vehicle. The access road is just wide enough for a regular car to pass, but due to the slope, it may be challenging for those unfamiliar with it.

The water pipe is damaged at the connection from the outside to the inside, so it cannot be used indoors. There is a pit toilet, but it is currently not in use. It seems reasonable to consider demolition or a complete renovation. All costs will be borne by the buyer.

This is by no means a bargain property. It is a burdensome property full of flaws. Nevertheless, I purchased it because I liked the place. 土地の一部を手掘りでひたすら切り崩し、1年余りかけて、軽自動車一台分のスペースは作りました。進入路は、どうにか普通車が通れるくらいの道幅で、傾斜もあるため、慣れない方には、厳しい状況だと思います。

水道管は、室外から室内への接続部分が破損しているため、室内では使えません。汲み取りトイレですが、現在使っていません。あくまで解体か全面的リフォームが妥当と思われます。すべて買主負担でお願いします。

決して掘り出し物件ではありません。欠点だらけのどうしようもない負動産です。それでも、私は、そこが気に入って購入した物件です。一般的にはとうてい受け入れらない物件に魅力を感じる方が奇跡的においでであれば、よろしくお願いしたいと思います。

購入時、「境界確定」は、田舎にはなじまないとの理由で、隣地の方の了承が得られないまま購入したため、まずは、現状売却を基本にお願いしたいと思います。
