もう10年以上空き家ですが、居住していた際には電気と上下水道が通っており、都市ガスが使えていました。洗濯機は外置きで蛇口も外側にあり、排水を浴室にホースを引き入れていました。お風呂はガスで沸かし、屋根にソーラーでお湯取りするタイプと併用だったと思います。トイレは和式用に洋式用をかぷせて取り付けてあると思います。台所はガス瞬間湯沸器を使っていました。床下収納があります。広間のエアコンはガスだったようで、ガス管が地中を通っていると思いますが確実なことはわかりません。家の前は階段があり、家の周囲は2面壁になっています。残置物はほとんどありませんが、黒カビが発生している箇所がある等、現状有姿でのお譲りとなります。
