It is a new building built in May 5 on land purchased by my grandparents. I used it as an office attached to my neighbor's house. The neighbor's house is now owned by another person. There is no kitchen or bathroom, and so far there are no leaks. The toilet is on the second floor. My aunt now owns it, but she is old and wants to let it go. I tried to hit the neighborhood, but I couldn't find a buyer. I would like to ask if there is anyone who will receive it. There is no bath or kitchen, so if you don't add it, you won't be able to live in it as it is, and the water supply was drawn from the neighbor's house, so you have to do a new pull-in work. I think it is also possible to use it as a hobby place for warehouses. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area, but if you drive for an hour, you can also go to Hakata, the center of Fukuoka. The parking lot is large, so you can put a large car. The garden part is covered with a weed-proof sheet. I don't see any major pain. It is large enough to have a barbecue in the garden.
