It is designated as a registered tangible cultural property of Japan. It is a rare Western-style building of the early Showa period. It was built in Showa 7. I'm considering selling my home because it's hard to maintain. It is a building that used to be a private clinic. It has been renovated since the 40s, so it is damaged. I am currently living in the house, but I think it needs to be renovated, including the plumbing. You can also receive renovation subsidies, property tax reductions, and inheritance tax reductions. There are also two breweries. There are parts that are missing from the floor. Since it is 15LDK and spacious, it can be used for business purposes other than as a residence. Equipped with water supply and sewage and Kintetsu gas. It is located in a residential area in the old town area of Nabari City, Mie Prefecture, and there are still quite a few townscapes of the Showa Taisho era around. Akame Falls and Seirenji Lake are also near国の登録有形文化財に指定されています。昭和初期の珍しい洋風建築の建物です。昭和7年に建築されました。自宅の維持が大変なため売却を検討しています。元々個人医院をしていた建物です。昭和40年代に改築して以来なので傷みがあります。現在居住中ですが水回り等含めリフォームが必要だと思います。改築の補助金、固定資産税の減税、相続税の減税も受けれます。蔵も二つあります。床抜けしてる部分等があります。15LDKあり広いので住宅としての活用以外も事業用としての使用も可能です。上下水道、近鉄ガス完備。三重県名張市の旧市街地の住宅地にあり周りも昭和大正時代の街並みがかなり残っています。大型ショッピングセンターも徒歩1分の場所にありコンビニ、郵便局、銀行、クリニックなど徒歩圏にあり生活には便利な場所です。最寄駅名張駅までは徒歩12分です。赤目滝、青蓮寺湖等も近くにあります。名張駅から大阪までは乗り換えなし1時間で行けます。京都名古屋へも行きやすいです。現状渡しでお願いします。家具家電等は撤去します。気持ちよく生活いただくにはリフォームが必要です。
