I purchased this land with the intention of building a house and becoming self-sufficient. It has been about 20 years since the artificial forest of cedar and cypress was cut down, and it has now become a young natural forest. There is a small stream flowing through the property. I believe this location is one of the better spots in Aso. 場所としては阿蘇の中でもいい所にあると思います。黒川温泉や満願寺温泉、小田、白川温泉、扇温泉など周りにたくさんの温泉があり、隣には阿蘇の草原が広がり、その先には阿蘇外輪山を眺めることができ眺望はいいです。阿蘇の草原というのは野焼きによって維持されています。ここの隣接地に土地を持つということは希なケースかと思います。阿蘇の草原が一望できる場所です。また周りに民家はなく音楽をやる方やドッグラン等にもいいところです。そして、春には野焼き後のワラビをとることができ、土地内の沢ではタケノコも取れます。町道に接道していますが、林道のような感じです。地籍調査がはいっていないため正確にはわかりません。地籍調査まだですので現在固定資産税はかかっておりません。値下げ考えておりませんので値下げの交渉はご遠慮ください。
