Due to the recent abnormal heat, I purchased this property out of concern for my dog, but due to various circumstances, I have been unable to visit often and am considering letting it go. It takes about 3 hours to get here from either Kanto or Kansai. You can reach a convenience store in about 10 minutes by car, but you need to drive about 20 kilometers to get to a supermarket or home center. This is a summer resort adjacent to Sugadaira, making it an excellent place for sports lovers and pets, with skiing, tennis, and golf available. The biggest selling point of this property is that it is cool in the summer. Generally, even in midsummer, the maximum temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius, and there are very rare days when it exceeds 28 degrees, but only for about 3 hours. However, in winter, it can dr最近の暑さが異常なため、ワンコがかわいそうで購入しましたが、諸般の様々な事情から訪問がなかなかできない状態になり手放すことを考えました。関東からでも関西からでも3時間ほどでこれます。コンビニには車で10分で行くことができますが、スーパーやホームセンターへは20キロくらい走らないとありません。屋根の塗装工事を依頼中ですが、価格に含まれています。細かいことを書きだすときりがありませんが全般にいい状態をキープしております。

ここは菅平に隣接している避暑地でスキー、テニス、ゴルフなどスポーツ大好きな人やペットにとっては最高の場所です。この物件の最大のセールスポイントは夏が涼しいことです。大体、真夏でも最高温度は25度くらいで、ごく稀に28度超える日もありますが3時間ほどだけです。昨年の異常な暑さでもクーラーも扇風機も私は使用していません。というかそもそも無いです。これからの時代は涼しさがステイタスです。年中湿度が高くないので、いつ来てもカビくささは全くありません。但し、冬はマイナス20度位になる時もあるので厳しいですがスキー客とペンション経営の為か主要道路はきちんと除雪されます。

2階のアミドは張り替えましたが、1階はやっていません。ベランダ通用口の片方のタイルにはヒビ割れがあります。混合栓を取り替えたら水圧が少し弱くなったので注意して頂ければと思います。

補足：私はここにきた時はネットの使用がかなり多いのでNTT光を入れていますので毎月基本料金がかかっています。これが嫌な場合は解約してポケットWi‑fiに切り替えていただければと思います。別荘地としては珍しく水道加入金や年間管理費もありません。水道基本料も2か月で3500円と他にくらべてかなり安いです。
