This is a ryokan (Japanese inn) with a detached house. It is a ryokan that has been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ryokan was named by Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka Whisky (the building was completed in 2001). The Yoichi River flows right in front, allowing for ayu fishing in summer and salmon ascending in autumn. The surrounding area is rich in wineries and orchards, making it a picturesque location with abundant tourist resources. It is a 4-minute drive (2.1 km) from Niki Station.

After acquiring the ryokan, it reopened after renovations but was soon closed again due to the impact of COVID-19. During its operating period, it served as a ryokan and restaurant, and the banquet hall was used for local gatherings, weddings, funerals, and meetings. Recently, it has also been used by inbound tourists. After renovating the dining room into a wine restaurant bar in 2019, it closed about six months later, so the restaurant is very clean and it is possible to open a restaurant as is. Behind the ryokan, there is a 5LDK detached house. We can also discuss the transfer of financing (up to 44 million yen).戸建付きの旅館です。コロナ禍で休業した旅館になります。ニッカウヰスキー創業者である竹鶴政孝氏が名付けた旅館（建物は竣工年月、平成13年）です。目の前を余市川が流れ夏は鮎釣り、秋には鮭の遡上が見られ、周辺にはワイナリー・果樹園が多く、風光明媚で観光資源豊富な立地にあります。仁木駅より車で4分（2.1km）です。

旅館取得後、改装工事を経て再開いたしましたが、すぐにコロナの影響により休業しています。営業期間は旅館、レストランとして営業し、宴会場では地域の宴会、冠婚葬祭、会議等のご利用を頂き、昨今ではインバウンドの方のご利用もございました。2019年に食堂をワインレストランバーへとリフォーム後、約半年で休業したため、レストランは大変キレイで飲食店をそのまま開業することも可能です。旅館裏には5LDKの戸建があります。融資の引継ぎ（最大4,400万円相当）も相談に応じます。
