This house was lived in by my grandparents and parents, and has been regularly maintained since inheritance. It is a 75-year-old building from the time when my grandfather was a fisherman in a seaside town. While there have been some repainting in areas like the entrance, the main house remains largely as it was originally built, except for the kitchen. The roof of the main house was completely repaired in 2018, so there are no leaks. There is a two-story storage room connected to the main house on the east side, with parking space in front of it. This is a land of over 620 square meters located on a high ground a little away from the town, right next to a water reservoir with an old house remaining. It is a piece of land in a somewhat unusual location. Built in 1968, the house is quite damaged, so demolition may be an option.

敷地には母屋と離れがありましたが、母屋は火事で消失し、1人亡くなっています。残った離れは昭和40年代前半築でかなり傷んでいます。家財もまだそのまま残っています。当方遠方在住の為、6年ほど空き家状態です。知人が時々見回りや簡単な手入れをしてくれています。

名古屋からのアクセスも抜群です。アクセスは高速インター、最寄り駅から2～3キロくらいです。近隣民家なく静かな環境です。春は桜、秋は紅葉、四季折々の草花、野鳥など自然豊かな環境です。日帰りの気軽なレジャースポットとして、休日はサイクリング、ウォーキング、カヌー、ジョギングなどの利用者で賑わっています。アップダウンある貯水ダム周囲のコースはランニングなどのトレーニングに最適です。ロマンチックに夕焼けや夜景や星を観る人も訪れているようです。
