It is about 5 minutes by car and there is a high-speed interchange, so it is very convenient to go to the city of Hakata in about one and a half hou祖父が一代で取得した広大な土地を、今は母が受け継いでいます。私も私の子供たちもここでのびのびと育ち思い入れのある土地ですが、引っ越すことになったので自然が大好きな方にお譲りすることに決めました。現在居住中なので契約後速やかに退去できるように最善を尽くしますが、手続きに時間がかかるなど想定外で多少時間がかかる可能性がなくもないことをご理解いただける方が希望です。まるでトトロの世界のような場所です。訪問されるお客様が、ここに一歩踏み入れたら別世界のようだ、とよく仰られます。春は梅が満開になり鶯の赤ちゃんも毎年来て可愛い囀りが聴けます。アイビーは毎年花を咲かせますしハニーサックルや野葡萄も自生しています。雑木林の場所でよくハンモックも楽しんでいました。とにかく自然が大好きな方やお子様の環境にとお思いの方にはとてもおすすめです。母が作っていた畑は雑草だらけですが、家庭菜園も楽しめます。車で5分程で高速インターがあるので博多の市街地まで1時間半程で行けるのもとても便利です。個人宅としても勿論おすすめですが、隠れ家的なカフェやレストラン託児施設、老人施設などにピッタリな場所です。古い納屋があるので不要でしたら撤去も応相談で対応したいと思っています。隣に太陽ソーラーと工場がありますが、境界に木がありますので太陽ソーラーとの境も背の低い植木を植えれば気にならないと思います。
