As the name suggests, "Zushi Seaside Heights" is a retro apartment building located along Zushi Coast. Although it is an old building, the interior has been beautifully renovated and the facilities are new, so there is no inconvenience. It is on the 5th floor, so the view is not bad. The sea is not right in front of the room, but if you turn to the left, you will see the sea. You can see the condition of the waves. If you have a room facing the sea, the sea will directly hit the window on windy days, making maintenance a hassle, but this room faces sideways and has a balcony, so it is easier. However, the sea breeze is unavoidable. If you go through the path to the left of the entrance, you will reach R134. Every morning and evening, you can take a walk to the sea. Zushi Coast is a garden. What can I say? It's good that it is not boldly luxurious. The size is 1LDK. It is perfect for a second home, and it is not the latest resort apartment, but this retro feel. It is also recommended for couples who want to enjoy a relaxing life by the sea after retirement. I would be so proud if my grandparents' house was here. Why not give it as a present to your mom and dad to show your apprecia“逗子シーサイドハイツ”その名の通り、逗子海岸沿いに建つレトロマンション。

A resort condominium at an altitude of 900m. In winter, it is a summer resort where snow accumulates.
This is the ultimate summer resort condominium.
The monthly management fee and repair reserve fund is about 9,500 yen.
It is possible to use it at this price because there is no hot spring bath or large facilities.
There is a golf course in the Amagi Highlands nearby, so golf lovers owned it as a vacation home.
In winter, the area gets about 40cm of snow.
However, since it is located along the main road, snow removal is prioritized.
There are three buses a day from Harvest Hotel to Ito Station, so you can use it even without a car.
*It is really cold in winter. The windows are single-glazed, so measures against the cold are essential.標高900mのリゾートマンション。冬は雪が積もるレベルでの避暑地です。

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.
Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
