It is an old house that has not been used for about 40 years. It is currently an abandoned house. Leaks and buildings are collapsing. It seems to have been built in Meiji 37. We use valuable wood from that time, so how about removing materials such as beams?

There is a storehouse on the same site that does not open the door. This one is said to have been built in the 3rd year of Taisho. You won't know until you open the door, but from the outside, there is no collapse of the roof. The door is not open, but the old kimonos remain in the storehouse.

40年ほど使っていない古家です。現在廃屋となっています。雨漏り、建物崩れています。明治37年築らしいです。当時の貴重な木材を使っていますので梁などの材料取りなどにいかがでしょうか。

A golf course and tennis courts are adjacent, and a fishing pond is within walking distance from the grounds, making it ideal for walks. Repairs were needed before the inheritance, but because funds for repairs could not be procured, the property was left unattended and the wooden deck has collapsed. I have removed and performed temporary repairs where possible, but renovation work is essential for safety and usability. The water supply pipes for the washbasin and hand-wash sink are damaged and will also require repair to be used. Please tell me how you would like to use the property and we can discuss the details.
