This is a new elevated dome-shaped permanent tent house (made by Pacific Yates, Oregon, USA). A permanent circular dome-shaped tent house for year-round living. It was built on a large site in the Tateshina Plateau and has been used for various purposes. At one time, we planned to sell this building and asked to be featured in this column, but over the past few months, we have experienced how comfortable and easy it is to use, so we have given up on the idea of selling it. As an alternative, we have decided to build a new one on a nearby site and give it to anyone who is interested. The price has been set almost the same as the set price for selling the old building. The interior space is a circular dome with a high ceiling. Several separate floor plans and spaces can be created. The residence capacity is about four people. Air conditioners, water heaters, kitchens, showers, toilets, etc. can be installed (separate construction). A parking space can be provided next to the building. The delivery period is approximately three months after the contract is signed. Small passenger cars and light trucks are essential as a means of transportation from this area. This is a used villa located in the villa area of Lake Shirakaba, a popular tourist destination. My parents inherited this used villa so that my parents and children could live separately. This is a ryokan currently operating in a prime location facing the road that circles the shore of Lake Shirakaba, a popular tourist destination. It was built about 45 years ago. In 1985, the fourth floor was renovated into Western-style rooms. The COVID-19 pandemic is over, and the number of guests has recovered to the same level as before or even higher. I am basically running the business alone, so I felt the limitations of maintenance and sales, so I would like to sell it to anyone who is interested.
