It was used as a villa for band practice. Due to the increase in members from Fuji, Fujinomiya, and Gotemba, it became cramped, and I am currently living in Fuji City while looking for another place. It is also about 1 km from the nearest elementary school, making it suitable for families with children. The neighbors are kind and do not complain even when band practice is held. You can see Mount Fuji from the garden, and the view during cherry blossom season is spectacular. As for shopping, it takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the supermarket. 静かで永住の地としても良いです。新東名、新清水インターまで10分位ですので、東京方面、浜松方面、山梨方面行くのに非常便利で良い場所です。子育て中の方にも小学校の1.km位のところにあります。近隣の方も優しい方で、バンド練習をやっても文句ひとつ言いません。庭からは富士山が望め、桜の季節は最高の眺めです。あと買い物ですが、スーパーまで車で15分位掛ります。本気で購入検討している方は、基本いつでも案内可能です。
