My mother passed away at the end of last year, and I inherited it. The 7LDK is too large for one person to live in, so I posted it in the hope that it would be useful to someone. It is a 5-minute walk from Maehara Station on the Keisei Matsudo Line, and you can commute to Tokyo within 1 hour. It was used as a store with 2 floors above ground and 1 basement floor, with a basement area of 47 square meters.

There is a parking lot in the basement, and if you are a mini car, you can park three cars with the shutters open, and if you put one other car next to it, you can park four mini cars. Since security is installed, if you sign a contract, you can use it by simply paying the contract fee.

On the first floor, there is a living and dining room of nearly 20 tatami mats, a Japanese-style room of 6 tatami mats, and a Western-style room of about 7 tatami mats. The second floor has 4 Japanese-style rooms and 1 Western-style room, and there is also attic storage. It is 29 years old, but the walls inside the house are clean. I think the exterior walls and roof have been renovated once. All spaces are designed to be stored.

昨年末母が他界し、私が相続しました。1人で住むには7LDKは広すぎるので、どなたかに役に立てればと掲載しました。京成松戸線の前原駅から徒歩5分で、東京まで、1時間内で通勤できます。地上2階地下1階、地下は47㎡で店舗に使っていました。

地下に駐車場があり、軽自動車ならシャッターを開けたままの状態で3台停められ、他に1台横付けすれば、軽自動車が4台停められます。セキュリティ設置済みなので、契約すれば、契約料金支払いするだけで利用可能です。

1階は20畳近くのリビングダイニングと6畳の和室と7畳ほどの洋室があります。2階は和室4部屋と洋室1部屋で、屋根裏収納もあります。築29年になりますが、家の中の壁はきれいです。外壁と屋根は一度リフォームしていると思います。空間はすべて収納可能な造りとなっています。

東日本大震災や地震が29年の間にありましたが、ほとんど傾きはなく、基準内に収まってます。地下は店舗で使っていたので、トイレも、水道もガスもあります。EneJet(ガス機器)は最近変えたようです。内覧は居住日にお願いしたいです。宜しくお願いいたします。金額的に現金希望ですが、ローンを組む場合はご相談ください。

地下を店舗や車の修理に使えます。2世帯に最適で、1階は親、2階の5部屋は夫婦と子供4人可能です。自営業の方にも向いていると思います。朝、夕必ず私の家の前を通りますので、父は今川焼きをやっていましたが、たこ焼きや焼きそばもいいと思います。以前、塾を開きたいので貸してくれないか、と問合せもありました。
