This is a resort area purchased by my father 30 years ago. It seems that there were plans to build a villa with a basement initially, but it has remained unused and has turned into a forest with dense trees. Due to the steep slope, the usage may be limited, but I would appreciate it if someone could make use of it.

This is a resort area with no management fees. Gas will be propane, so a tank will need to be installed. Electricity will be drawn from a nearby utility pole. There is no water supply connected, but there seems to be piping nearby, so connection will be necessary. (I heard that from around the year after next, it will become the town's water supply, and there will be no costs, but currently, there are construction costs involved (the water is spring water).

There is a ski resort nearby. You can also reach a golf course (Keikyu Country Club) and a hot spring (Tengu no Yakata) in about 10 minutes by car. Since it is located at the end of the road, I think you can use it without worrying too much about the surroundings. Wild vegetables (tara no me) can be harvested.
