Most of the buildings have been relocated and are more than 80 years old. My grandfather selected and built a tree from his own mountain, and my father really wanted to keep it, so he spent more than 30 million yen to relocate it. It can be used in various ways such as private lodgings, cafes, restaurants, rental classes, etc. It is located just a few steps from Yamanaka Grand Hote建物のほとんどは移築したもので築80年以上です。祖父が自分の山の木を選定し建てたもので、父がどうしても残したいと、3000万円以上の移築費をかけ移築しました。増築部分は35年くらい前、移築した時のものです。移築部分はあと100年といわず使用可能と言われています。本体は漆塗りのけやきの太い柱、漆塗りの格天井、栗の木の床板等を使ったもので、古民家としては珍しいものです。2階には天井も床も張っていない50畳以上の部屋もあります。又、仏間の8枚のふすまは、元、屏風に貼ってあった直筆の短冊をふすまに貼り替えたものです。清水寺御法主、仁和寺、大覚寺、東福寺、興福寺管長等、又、加賀千代女史等貴重なものです。8枚のらんまは、こよりで作成し漆を塗った贅沢なものです。国道に面していて、隣接した建物はありません。民泊、カフェ、料理屋、貸教室等いろいろ活用出来ます。山中グランドホテル(湯快リゾート)、小学校、中学校、体育館からすぐの場所です。2024年3月開通の北陸新幹線、加賀温泉駅より車で約15分、北陸自動車道加賀インターチェンジから車で11分です。家の価値を分かって頂ける方、有効に活用して頂ける方にお譲りしたいです。現在居住中ですので、荷物等かなりありますが空にしてお引渡し致します。
