敷地内に水道と電気がきています。また、土間敷の駐車スペースがあります。ゴミステーションも普通に使えます。下水道のない地域なので、住むとなれば浄化槽の設置が必要と思います。小屋がボロボロで手直しか建て替え必須です。物置小屋という感じで、改修なしでは人が過ごせる状態ではありません。雨漏りがあります。また、白い外壁の増築部分の鍵がありません。水場があるようで凍結防止で蛇口を開けたままなのか、破裂したのかで水栓を開くとその開かずの間から水の音がします。ブラウン管テレビなど残置物ありなので、処分をお願いいたします。
