The owner lived here until about two years ago, but has since moved out and is now vacant. The family has been farming, but there is no successor, so they have decided to sell the fields and the home. They would like to sell it for the land price alone, at about the market price in the area. It is 1125m2 (including the mountain behind it). The selling point is that the building is not designated as a farmhouse, and the land is not designated as farmland, so it can be used freely by the general public, not just farmers. It is also possible to rebuild. The grounds are large and there is parking for more than 10 cars. There are various ways to use it, such as for BBQs and vegetable gardens. The only downside is that the back of the building is a grove of trees, which is difficult to maintain.
