Description

This is a piece of land purchased by relatives with the hope of someday building a vacation home. However, construction has not materialized, and it seems likely that it will remain vacant. Therefore, I would like to transfer it to someone who can make use of it. Immediate handover is possible. I will transfer it as is to those who are okay with the current condition. This property is located within the Emerald Town resort area in Kannami Town. It is currently vacant land. You can visit the site.

It takes just over 20 minutes by car to JR Kannami Station and about 30 minutes to JR Atami Station (depending on driving speed). Having a car is convenient, but there is a shuttle bus operating daily to the town, except on Thursdays. The number of residents has increased. Once you get to town, there are many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, so there is no inconvenience. The environment is quiet and green. In May, a gardener came in and trimmed some trees. It also seems suitable for use as a camping site.

JR函南駅まで車で20分強、JR熱海駅まで30分くらいです(運転のスピードによります)。車があると便利ですが、別荘地内には、木曜日を除く毎日町まで行くためのシャトルバスが運行されています。住んでいる方も増えました。町に出てしまえば、お店やスーパー•レストランなどが多く、不便はありません。緑が多く静かな環境です。5月に庭師が入り、少し木を切りました。キャンプ用地としてもお使いいただけそうです。
