Dearest users, cheers from Finland! I'm 38-years old woman who's looking for a house to buy in Japan in monthly payments of 500 dollars. It's known as "rent-to-own" in Europe and I am hoping this ad would reach users who'd own or know somebody, who could sell me a house in installments. I have no need to own it until I would have paid it fully. I am planning to re-locate from Finland to Japan permanently, as I am a business owner (art and writing) I assume getting a visa may not be extremely difficult as a native Finn. Please, do let me know about available properties, anything goes really except the kinds of places where it's impossible to live until fully renovated. Small renovation is fine, but not the entire house from floor to ceiling :) I don't have a maximum budget but I hope I would have paid the house in less than 4 years fully. I have a guarantor who's also a Finn and I have stable income, but I am not keen on applying for a mortgage as a foreigner. I can pay more than the asking price, I think it'd only be fair.
Thanks, be in touch

Hello,
I am an English Japanese bilingual professional (woman, 41 year old) who live around Tokyo area for 15 years. Recently I am interested with Akiya and intend to buy 2 house as below (both able to live immediately without any reform task)
1. House in Fukushima, near school and convenient store, 2 min by bus and the bus can go to the station. Has many attractive spot near by
2. Resort house in Fukushima, very beautiful, 9 km from the station but there is bus service in the area (need to call). Since the house is a resort there is sauna and could be spring water in the house (if you connect and pay money), you can have BBQ, near Golf area.
Although many foreigner don't like Fukushima, for many Japanese local Fukushima has many attracting spot. I do have research some other prefecture but not have good price as Fukushima. And Fukushima can be connect with Tokyo if you go by Shinkansen for 2 hours. I think they can have night bus too.
If you are interested, I can buy the house (pay in one) and sell it to you for installment, I also can offer you to rent a house and let you buy it later, or you can live in the house with cheaper price and help me manage the house with Airbnb service.
For a visa, I have experienced with apply a visa myself as I use to work in this field and I do applied and have permanent resident visa myself.
Please contact me hkngoc2910@gmail.com and we can talk more.
