The house was built in 1954, but even after my grandmother passed away and it became vacant, it was repeatedly renovated several times a year as a place for the family to gather and many people stayed there. With the Reiwa era, my father has gotten older and it is no longer well maintained, so the family no longer uses it and we have decided to sell it. This is a relisted property. A buyer was found and the sale procedures were underway, but the buyer canceled the sale midway due to his circumstances.
