houses listed are sold?

Hello!

I have been trying to buy a home that is listed on this site. The real estate co. told me the one I selected was sold. I found another one on this site, they said that one was sold too. Is this correct? If not, how do I contact who I need to contact to buy a house listed on this site? The first one I selected is STILL currently listed on this site, AND it's price has been reduced! What am I doing wrong?

Hi There, So I check with our local agency in Japan, It is possible (unfortunatly) that some owner do not want to sell to foreigner. Or are afraid to do so. We had several cases.

Please let me know which one it is , I can check if they are available or not.

And what is the issue.
