We are looking for a small house, 200 square meters (?), ca 1990. We are a retired couple. I am an American, my wife is Japanese.
Preferably $100,000 USD or less. Is there a site that is suited for us? We want to live in a nice city with a population of 250,000 or more.

Financially, you are in good shape here! Be specific abt the city. and you will have no trouble finding something appealing!

200 square meters is a huge house in Japan, most houses would average about half of that size. At the price you're looking in a decent size city you can find something either very small and/or very old, or you would need to consider a condo.
