Absolutely a property with a view! It has no unnecessary garden, and it's like a mansion-style detached house.

Akazawa Koyo-dai villa area is, without a doubt, a villa area with a view. Among them, this house is amazing. There is a reason why the living room is deliberately placed on the second floor. Yes, it's for the view.

Of course, there's Oshima, but what is truly (in my personal opinion) breathtaking is that you can see the Izu Seven Islands. Right in front of you, across the Pacific Ocean, is the massive Oshima to the north, and when you look south, you see the triangular Toshima, and next to it, the new island that makes you think of a giant UFO landing... About 30 times a year, an unbelievable view appears with the sea a deep blue and the islands clearly visible. (→ This part may be pointed out by the Real Estate Transaction Business Act. If so, I will delete it.)
Tankers and large cargo ships heading south in front of the island create a lovely scene that changes daily.

There is no garden.
Well, actually, there is one, but it’s not a troublesome garden. For those who think of gardens as "a hassle with overgrown plants,ズバリ、眺望物件！余計な庭が無く、まるでマンションのように暮らせる一戸建です。

あかざわ恒陽台別荘地は、ズバリ眺望別荘地です。そんな中でもこの家、すごいんです。わざわざ２階にリビングを持ってきているのは理由があります。そうです。眺望です。
具体的には、、、、
大島はもちろんですが、最高に（土屋の個人の意見ですが、、）感動するのは、伊豆七島が見えることですね。　　真正面の太平洋を挟んで北にドカンと大島、そして南に目を向けるとそこに三角の利島、そして、その隣に巨大UFOの着陸かと思わせる新島・・・・。　年に３０回くらい、海が真っ青、島くっきりのこの世のものと思えない絶景が現れます。（→この部分は宅建業法で指摘されるかもしれません。されたら削除させていただきます）
島の手前を南下していくタンカー、大型貨物船も日々変化する素敵な光景です。

庭がありません。
いえ、ほんとはちゃんとありますが、厄介な庭がありません。庭を「草木が生えて大変なのよ」と、庭を厄介者だとお考えの方には最高な物件です。庭らしい庭はありませんので、庭木のメンテナンスは極小です。マンションの「カギ一本だけで帰ってきました」みたいな感覚で楽しめます。
そうそう、もう一つ。ここは別荘地の無料バスのバス停がすぐそこです。

アイアンの統一された照明器具、一体何種類のクロスが使われえているのでしょう？　そして、リビングのダイニングテーブルセット、、、、。現オーナーはデザイン関係のお仕事をされています。そんなことから、自らの別荘には最高なものを使われているんですね。
家は、積水ハウス。当時のシャーウッド仕様です。地震に強い構造ですので末永くお楽しみくださいね。
