エレベーターで地下に行くとマンションのゴミステーションがございます。
通常の賃貸アパート等は地域の町内会に入って、ゴミステーションの清掃当番をして、ゴミカレンダーの指定の曜日に決まったゴミを分別して出す。というような当たり前のことではありますがちょっと面倒なルールがあります。

きれいなお部屋ですがトイレとお風呂が一緒のユニットバス、キッチンがミニキッチンにＩＨ１口コンロを設置するタイプ、なので２人で住むにはちょっと窮屈かも？というわけで単身者さんにおすすめいたします。

【駐車場について】
駐車場を月極で契約したい場合、賃料は１台月額1,000円です。マンションの駐車場としてはかなり安いと思います。
ただし、区画の指定がありません。空いている区画に駐車するスタイルです。朝、出かけるときに駐車していた場所が帰宅時に空いていなければ他の車が駐車していない区画を探して駐車してくださいね。
