This is an apartment on the second floor of a soba restaurant near the Shuzenji General Hall! It takes about a 9-minute walk to the Shuzenji Onsen area, and it is very close to the famous geopark at the Shuzenji General Hall. We are looking for tenants for the apartment on the second floor of the soba restaurant! Recommended for those who work in the onsen area or love the atmosphere of Shuzenji Onsen. The building is old, but it has been renovated as much as possible. ☆ Bathroom → New flooring for a cleaner feel! ☆ Toilet → Comfortable with a warm water washing toilet seat installed! ☆ Washbasin → Newly replaced! ☆ Kitchen → Instant water heater replaced with a new one! ☆ The 6-tatami mat Japanese room has been changed to flooring. ☆ Lighting fixtures are also included. - The garbage station is located in front of the community center across the road. 温泉街に勤務する方、修善寺温泉の雰囲気が好きな方におススメいたします。
建物は古いのですが、できる範囲でリフォーム済です。
