Furano, Hokkaido is gaining significant attention as it is cheaper compared to Niseko and Kutchan. As of January 1, 2024, Furano City has the highest land price increase rate in the country. 建物は昭和51年建築木造2階建ての「旧館」と、平成9年建築鉄骨造2階建の「新館」で構成されております。2棟は1階のロビーで繋がっていて、建物登記上は1棟の建物となっています。延床面積は2,023.6㎡です。1階の「大宴会場」は約300名の収容で、主に結婚披露宴に使われます。2階の「中宴会場」は約150名の収容で、主に各種会合に利用されてきました。その他に、小宴会場や和室、着付け室、控室など様々な部屋があります。

ピーク時には一度に700名もの収容を誇ったこともあります。それに対応できる厨房と設備もそのまま残っています。冷暖房設備に関しましては、設置から相当年数が経過しています。点検及び状況によっては、取替えが必要な箇所があるかもしれません。令和5年7月に、屋根の修繕と防水工事を行いました。新館建物2階の天井より漏水（雨漏り）有ります。修繕は全額買主負担でお願いします。
