This is a large old folk house located in a quiet village in Nishi-Ku, Niigata City. The property was inherited after my parents passed away two years ago. The sorting of their belongings is almost complete, and it has been used a few times a year for tidying up and as a vacation home. Now that the memorial service has been completed, I would like to consider selling it for the future.

The land is approximately 600 tsubo (3 plots, residential land). The main building is 73 years old and about 300 square meters, with separate storehouses, warehouses, and a garage. I visited about once every two months and worked remotely for about a week during each stay, so electricity, gas, water, toilet, bath, and kitchen are all usable. The first floor has 7 rooms (15 tatami, 10 tatami, 10 tatami, 10 tatami, 8 tatami, 8 tatami, 6 tatami), a shared space of about 9 tatami, a kitchen of 10 tatami, and a storage room of about 6 tatami. The second floor has 2 rooms (10 tatami, 6 tatami). Currently, the property is livable in terms of facilities, but since it was used as a vacation home, some belongings remain. 土地は約600坪（3筆、宅地）です。建物は母屋が築73年で約300㎡あり、蔵や倉庫、車庫などが別にあります。2か月に1度程度の頻度で訪問し、1回の滞在で1週間ほどリモートワークなどをしていたので、電気、ガス、水道、トイレ、風呂、台所は普通に利用可能です。1階部分は7部屋（15帖、10帖、10帖、10帖、8帖、8帖、6帖）、共用スペース約9帖、キッチン10帖、納戸約6帖、2階部分は2部屋（10帖、6帖）あります。現況、設備面ではすぐに住めますが、別荘として利用していたので荷物が若干残っている状況です。売却が決まれば、早急に対応致します。また家電（エアコン、冷蔵庫、ダイニングボード、家具など）希望があればそのままお譲りします。
