Description

This property was previously lived in by my parents, but it has been vacant since then, and the household items have been removed. The reason for purchasing this property was about 15 years ago when my parents wished to live in the countryside after retirement, and it was purchased through a friend's introduction. However, my father has passed away, my mother has aged, and due to my work circumstances, I have not been able to visit the property often, which led to my decision to sell it this time.

When I purchased it, the roof was replaced and the floors were renovated, but the house itself has become quite old, and part of the foundation at the back of the house is rotting, requiring renovation. Additionally, since it is located about 20 meters back from the prefectural road, snow removal is necessary in winter, but the back of the house is surrounded by the forests of the Uonuma Hills, offering a scenic view of Mount Hakkai and Mount Makihiki. There is also ample parking space. The distance from the neighboring house is reasonably far, giving it a hidden retreat atmosphere. It is close to the highway interchange, and the nearest station is Uonuma Kiyokawa Station on the Hokuhoku

Settling in Japan

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.

Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
