Properties in Japan

This property was acquired through inheritance but has hardly been used. It is the land and building of my family home obtained through inheritance in the 5th year of Reiwa. It consists of two adjacent residential lots purchased by my father in the 2nd year of Heisei, with some space available for a home garden. The building appears to have been constructed in 1970 and has undergone several extensions and minor renovations. I believe that a house deteriorates if not lived in, but since I live far away and have no plans to return to Bungotakada City, I am considering passing it on to someone who can manage and cherish it while living there.

The photos were taken during my visit to the site in June 2024. The Buddhist altar is still in place, but I plan to remove it if a prospective buyer appears. There are many remaining items that give a sense of life, but I would like to pass it on to someone who can accept it as is. I will also include a functioning air conditioner.

The building is unregistered, but it has been extended, and the layout is a single-story 5DK. There is one Western-style room and four Japanese-style rooms. The bathroom is boiler-type, the toilet is Western-style wi相続で取得しましたが、ほとんど使用できていません。令和5年相続により取得した実家の土地と建物です。父が平成2年に購入した隣り合う2筆の宅地で、一部家庭菜園ができるスペースもあります。建物は昭和45年に建てられたようで、何度か増築や小規模改修をしています。家は住まないと劣化してしまうと思いますが、私は遠方に住んでおり、今後豊後高田市へ戻る予定もないため、管理しながら大切に住んでいただける方にお譲りできたらと考え投稿いたします。

写真は2024年6月に現地へ行き、撮影してきたものです。まだ仏壇もそのままにしてあるのですが、ご取得希望者が現れましたら、こちらは撤去しようと思っています。残置物が多数あり生活感が出ていますが、そのまま現状有姿でお引き受け頂ける方へお譲りしたいです。まだ動くエアコンもお付けします。

建物は未登記ですが、増築しており、間取りは5DKの平屋です。洋室が1つに和室が4つあります。お風呂はボイラー式、トイレは洋式下水道、水道はボーリングです。数年前まで父が住んでいた家ですので、電気・ガス・水道はご契約いただければすぐに使える状態です。室内洗濯機置場もあります。ガスコンロがありませんので、ご自身にて設置をお願いします。以上をご承知おきの上、こちらの土地を引き取ってくださる方を募集します。よろしくお願いいたします。
