This property was purchased as land with an old house. We mow the grass a few times a year, but we haven't done it yet this year. Since the building is old, it is quite difficult to utilize it after repairs. In the future, I was considering demolishing the building and building a detached house, but since that seems to be a long way off, I thought about selling it. Currently, it remains vacant, and some belongings are still left in the residence and barn, but I would like to keep it as is. The timing is fine to proceed immediately.

The assessed value of the land for fixed asset tax is 3.7 million yen (for the fiscal year 2024). The spacious area is a selling point. The downside is that the road in front is narrow, making it difficult for vehicles to enter and exit. If we could borrow part of the neighboring field, I think vehicles would be able to pass through.
