Description

During the bubble period, Izu Oshima was bustling with resort development. In particular, the land of this listing is located at a key scenic point, where I watched my father refuse offers from real estate companies that came every day to buy it. We had planned to eventually turn it into accommodation, but that has yet to happen. The site is close to a geological cross-section (scenic area) and consists of sloped land that includes a wide high ground, covering an area of 15,047 square meters of forest. The view includes beautiful sunrises and a coastline with sandy beaches, and you can see Toshima, Niijima, Shikinejima, Kouzushima, and Miyakejima. There are no specific conditions for those looking to use it as a resort area, developers for resort areas, those considering educational facilities, or future accommodation providers. Currently, it is untouched forest, but I take pride in the view being the best. There are no supermarkets, schools, or hospitals nearby. A car is necessary for access. The sale will be as is, in its current state.

Settling in Japan

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.

Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
