I purchased this property because I wanted to do DIY, but I am considering selling it as I may be transferred to Kanto. The sea, supermarket, home center, city hall, and station are all within a 5-minute walk. I was planning to utilize subsidies and do my best, so it is very disappointing, but I lack confidence in managing it from afar, so I am looking for someone who can make effective use of it. I think it would be good for someone who likes DIY. Reconstruction is also possible.

道が狭いので家屋に行く際に正面から細道に入る必要があります。普通車一台通れ駐車場もあります。離れを解体すれば、正面の家がセットバックをしているため道が広くなり、土地評価が上がると不動産屋さんが言っていました。また今でも普通車一台分駐車場ありますが離れを解体すれば4台くらい停めれると思います。ミニ家庭菜園がついています。母屋の一部に雨漏りがあります。離れもありますが朽ちかけていますので、取り壊しかDIYで再生が必要です。廃材が多くもし離れを解体するのであれば一緒に持っていってもらうと良いと思います。汲み取りトイレです。
