This house has been vacant since the previous residents moved out to start a new life in July 2025. I, too, am moving to the Kanto region and would like to pass this house on to someone who will cherish it.

In spring, you can enjoy the view of the lush garden from the engawa (veranda),
in summer, pitch a tent on the lawn and gaze at the night sky.
In autumn, the blue plaster walls gently reflect the light,
and in winter, feel the warmth in the tatami room.

This house has quietly embraced the changing seasons.

The lot is approximately 70 tsubo. The natural grass garden is spacious enough for dogs to run around. The two-story, 7DK layout is suitable for family living or for hosting friends as a "kominka cafe." The cobalt blue plaster on the walls of the second-floor Japanese-style room adds a unique calmness and depth that can only be found in this house.

敷地は約70坪。天然芝のお庭は、ワンちゃんが駆け回るにも十分。2階建て・7DKの間取りは、家族の暮らしにも、友人を招く「古民家カフェ」にも。そして2階の和室の壁に塗られたコバルトブルーの漆喰は、この家にしかない落ち着きと深さを醸しています。

ここは姫路・的形町。最寄りの駅までも平坦で徒歩7分ほど。ローソンまで徒歩3分、小学校まではなんと徒歩2分。海も近く、子どもの声と自然の豊かさ混ざる町です。

もちろん、デメリットもあります。再建築不可という制約があるからこそ、手の届きやすい価格で出しています。駐車場はないけれど、徒歩1分に月極（3,000円）。バイクなら敷地内に停められます。

昭和レトロの風合いは、新築では出せない味わいです。少し不便かもしれないけれど、その分、ここにしかない暮らしのリズムがあります。
