Properties in Japan

The house was previously lived in by my parents but has been vacant for about 10 years. Until a few years ago, my grandmother would come daily for ventilation and cleaning. In the past few years, it has been cleaned every few months to half a year. It is a two-story building with one Japanese-style room, a dining kitchen, a washroom, a bath, and a toilet on the first floor. The second floor has one Japanese-style room, two Western-style rooms, and a veranda. *The house is registered under my mother's name, and the land is registered under my grandmother's name. We plan to conduct inheritance registration once the new owner is decided. Therefore, please understand that immediate handover is not possible.

As for the surrounding environment, it is within walking distance to the sea, and many people come from outside the island to fish via regular ferries. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores, but there is a JA (Japan Agricultural Cooperatives) about a 30-minute walk from the property. Having a car or bicycle would be more convenient. The sunlight is good, and the sea can be seen from the windows and veranda. 周辺環境としては、海まですぐ行ける距離で、島外から定期船で釣りに訪れる方も多いです。スーパーやコンビニはなく、物件から徒歩30分の所にJAがあります。車や自転車があった方が便利かと思います。日当たりが良好で窓やベランダから海が見えます。築年数も20数年とまだ新しく、大きな修繕は必要ないかと思います。玄関ドアは潮風の影響で錆びており、開く時に力がいります。収納が多く物がしまいやすいです。家財道具がだいぶ残っています。できればそのまま引き取ってくださる方を希望します。処分希望の場合こちらで担当しますが、その場合物件価格にプラス100万円お支払いいただける方を優先します。(処分量が少ない場合はご相談に応じます)

・インターネット回線→光回線エリア対象外のため固定回線は契約不可、ホームルーターの設置でネット自体は使用可能
・テレビ→今は見れないが、アンテナ設置したらおそらく視聴可能
・スマホの通信→ahamoの場合電波が通常通り入ります。ワイモバイルは電波は入るものの弱いです。
・自動車持ち込み→1日1便の貨客船で持ち込み可能。軽自動車のみ。普通車不可。料金8,800円。事前予約制。
・診療所→月水金の午前中に診察可能
